Common questions

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Open your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose GutLog, and manage or cancel there. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You can also restore a previous purchase from GutLog → Settings → Restore purchases.

Where is my data stored?

Entirely on your device. GutLog has no account and no servers for your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Why don't my triggers show up yet?

Trigger analysis needs enough repeated data — a food has to appear at least three times before it can be analyzed, and confidence improves as you keep logging. Gut reactions can lag a trigger by 6–48 hours, which GutLog accounts for automatically.

How do I export a report for my doctor?

Go to GutLog → Settings → Export doctor report (PDF) to generate a shareable summary of your recent trends and suspected triggers.
